Is there parking nearby?
There are several parking garages in the area including Parking Systems a 343 East 74th, Icon Parking at 315 East 72nd, and Icon parking at 355 East 71st among others. We recommend referring to an app such as Spot Hero to ensure an available spot.
Is parking or valet included in events?
No, parking and/or valet is not included.
Where are you located?
We are located at 337 East 74th Street on the North side of the street between 1st and 2nd Avenues. There is also an entrance on 75th Street that is available both for load-in and for event entry if preferred.
Is your venue handicap accessible?
Yes, we are handicap accessible. We are fully street level with a ramp for stage access.
Is AV included?
Yes. We have two large drop down screens and projectors as well as two wireless handheld microphones and two wireless lavalier microphones available for use. We also have all necessary cords for connectivity to our system.
Do you have options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, dietary restrictions can be accommodated. As much specific information as possible is required in advance to ensure we are able to properly prepare. If a meal will need to be provided by an outside caterer such as kosher or halal, advanced notice is required for ordering purposes, and additional fees will apply.
Is there a ceremony fee for weddings?
We have a ceremony fee of $1,500.
What is included in your events?
In-house tables, linens chairs with seat cushions, flatware, china, glassware, votive candles, and coat check.
Is there a green room?
Our conference and meeting rooms can be added for this purpose.
Is there a kitchen or food prep area onsite?
We do have a fully equipped chef's kitchen onsite.
What is required to book a date?
A signed contract and your first deposit are required to secure your date. Final payment is then due 3 days prior to scheduled event date.
